The mission of Core Essentials is to help our clients make lasting changes. We understand part of that means finding a gym you can look forward to visiting. That’s why we offer a free 3-class trial. The groups are a diverse mix of ages and abilities, but everyone always gets a good work-out, and (usually!) has fun doing it. About Core Essentials
Core Essentials is a small fitness studio in Downtown Dartmouth. We offer classes seven days a week, including bootcamp, spin, TRX, kettlebell and barre. We keep our classes small, so the instructor can give you more face time and offer specialized suggestions. We pride ourselves on being a welcoming space for both beginners and experienced gym goers.
